Provide your name, a phone number or email, the project ZIP and your expected start date. If timing is still open, say that the dates are not decided.
Add what you know
Include the company, expected duration, preferred lift or selection help, work height and task. Describe pickup or delivery needs without assuming either has been confirmed.
Make the site easy to understand
Measure access points and describe the floor. A photo of the route or work area can help; avoid showing people, client names, access codes or sensitive project documents.
Review the written arrangement
Ask Pake to confirm availability, the specific unit, rental pricing, applicable transport and other charges, payment, extensions and return terms before committing. Compare the complete written quote, not just the daily rate. Tell us your expected calendar days and machine usage; four weeks means 28 days. If you are a first-time customer, review the PAKE9 terms and ask whether the offer applies to your project.
Follow the specific equipment manual and your site assessment. Pake must confirm model suitability and rental arrangements.
