Contacting Pake Rental

You can submit an inquiry directly on this website, call us or email us. A successful form submission saves your inquiry and returns a reference number. Telephone and email links remain available if you prefer those contact methods.

Information you share

Our form collects your name, phone number or email, project ZIP and any dates, equipment needs, project notes, promo code and referral source you choose to provide. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information and attachments you include. Please avoid sharing access codes or confidential information that is not needed to review the project.

How it is used

Pake Handling Tools LLC uses inquiry information to respond, review equipment and site requirements, prepare quotes and coordinate rental arrangements. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and access

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores online inquiries in a private database and sends inquiry notifications to our designated Pake business mailbox. Cloudflare also forwards incoming rental email. Inquiry records are not publicly accessible. We use promo codes and referral sources to understand demand and how customers find us. Our email provider processes and stores that correspondence. Authorized Pake personnel use the information to handle your inquiry. Hosting and email providers may process IP addresses, request logs and email metadata to operate their services and prevent abuse.

Website measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance without analytics cookies. We also use Google Analytics to measure website visits, clicks on our telephone and email links, and successful form submissions. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and processes browser, device and usage information to provide reports. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag.

Successful submission events include only the recognized equipment model, a standardized referral source and whether FIRST10 was requested. They exclude your name, email, phone, ZIP, notes, raw promo text and inquiry reference. We count saved database inquiries independently of analytics cookies. Our phone and email click events include the page path, contact method, button location and recognized equipment model. They do not include email draft contents or your contact details, and they do not confirm that a call connected or an email was sent. We remove query strings and fragments from the page address supplied to Google Analytics and limit the referral address to its website origin.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Analytics is not required to submit a form, call or email us. Equipment and promotion links may prefill the form. Your browser’s session storage holds a random submission token to avoid duplicate submissions; it does not hold your contact details.

Retention and requests
