Say whether the work is fixture replacement, inspection or installation. Provide the actual fixture height and number of work areas.
Show the access route
Explain where the lift would enter and how it would reach the fixtures. Measure aisles and doors, and describe racks or other obstructions below the work.
Coordinate site conditions
Share floor loading restrictions, occupied areas and the proposed work window. For several aisles or fixture locations, explain how the lift would move between them and whether racks block vertical access. Qualified project personnel must plan electrical isolation and site controls.
